Perfect Queen offers free standard courier delivery across South Africa. The delivery cost is included in our product prices, so no additional standard courier fee is charged at checkout.
Delivery method
Orders are dispatched from Johannesburg, Gauteng using a standard courier service. Tracking details will be sent after dispatch when they are made available by the courier.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day after the order is accepted and stock is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or South African public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from courier delivery time.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days after dispatch within South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, remote-area service, courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or unusually high order volumes.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable South African phone number. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Tracking and delivery issues
Please contact us promptly if a parcel is delayed, missing, visibly damaged or contains an incorrect item. Keep the packaging and provide photographs where possible so that we can investigate with the courier. This does not limit any right available under applicable consumer law.
