Perfect Queen offers free standard delivery across South Africa. The delivery cost is already included in our product prices, so no additional courier fee is charged at checkout.
Order processing
After your order is accepted, we prepare it for dispatch. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, remote-area service or courier delays.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available from the courier, it will be sent using the contact details supplied with the order. Please inspect the parcel when it arrives and contact us promptly if it appears damaged or if the contents are incorrect.
