These terms apply when you browse perfectqueen.co.za or place an order with Perfect Queen. By using the store, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products and information
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colour and texture may look slightly different because of lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of hair products. Product availability may change without notice.
Prices and orders
Store prices are displayed in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Free standard delivery across South Africa is included in the product price. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The Perfect Queen name, original store content, graphics and product presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.
Consumer rights
