Products and information
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colour and texture may look slightly different because of lighting, screen settings and the natural characteristics of hair products. Product availability may change without notice.
Prices and orders
Prices may be displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) or United States Dollars (USD). ZAR amounts are provided as a display reference. Checkout payments are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Free standard delivery across South Africa is included in the product price. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you using the details supplied at checkout.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.
Intellectual property

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

For payments processed through our designated payment channel, ASIASER ECOM LIMITED is the seller and merchant of record for the transaction. Perfect Queen remains the storefront brand and provides product information, fulfilment, and customer support.
